What you'll be working on

1. Prospect for new business opportunities
2. Create a great first impression to prospects by providing them with a meaningful demo of our platform
3. Achieve individual and team weekly KPIs
4. Work within our CRM to move prospects through the funnel
5. Youll bring your thoughts and ideas to company meetings, and be part of a team that works together to make everyone successful

What you'll need to be successful in this role

1. You take pride in your work and love to get the job done
2. You hate doing repetitive tasks and have a bias towards automation
3. You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
4. You've either sold into enterprise before, or have a firm knowledge of how to navigate the sales process
5. You are comfortable in high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
6. You can demonstrate knowledge of the changing retail landscape
7. You have a passion for technology and our mission to disrupt the retail analytics industry

The impact you'll have

We are actively working on many challenging projects such as replacing our UI toolkit, improving performance of our API, data management, and building computer vision models. There are tremendous opportunities in this role to explore front-end and back-end areas.

What you'll be working on

1. Participate in an agile development process, including sprint planning, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
2. Implement unit, functional and performance tests
3. Conduct and participate in code reviews, analysis, and performance tuning
4. You'll have a large amount of ownership and responsibility for managing things directly
5. Youll bring your thoughts and ideas to company meetings, and be part of a team that works together to make everyone successful

What you'll need to be successful in this role

1. A keen interest in SaaS
2. Some experience with the primary technologies we work with (React, React Native, Flask, Python, Postgres)
3. Familiarity with CI/CD or eager to learn
4. Ability to write tests in JavaScript and Python or eager to learn
5. You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
6. You have a strong sense of self-awareness, a positive attitude, empathy, and a desire to continually improve.
